Heal.exe hasn't been updated for several millennia now, you should use cellregeneration.exe instead. It's only about 50% faster than Heal.exe, but better than nothing.

Self Delete.exe is generally over-ridden by Compassion.dll. Prevents you from killing other people and yourself. Of course, compassion.dll can malfunction if you're screwed over too many times, so that might help.
