For me it is different than in the sticky Blender tutorial.
Mine goes Blenderfoundation/Blender/2.62/scripts
then I get
5 Folders
addons
modules
presents
startup
templates
I take it I put it in the addons folder?
If not then where do I put the DTS exporter?
