If it don't work, check your firewall, and call your internet provider to see if they have their bridge ports open.

Irrelevant. Wireless networking doesn't disable ports from being forwarded from your address.
Blame your ISP or call them on what to do.

My ethernet cable broke, and I had to start using wireless, and now my hosting doesn't work. thats why I said that.

remove any rule from your previous IP for forwarding 28000-28032 and try remaking it
also post your current IPv4 settings, IPconfig, and Port Forward configuration.
