Can other people see your faces and decals?

Kind of a noob question, but probably because I am one.

if a player has downloaded any custom decals/faces that you are wearing, they will be able to see it.
You cannot see faces/decals that you have not downloaded.
Faces and decals are not automatically downloaded.
