I don't think I will be able to volunteer formally because I'm horrible about responsibility and procrastination and stuff.  I'll find an online course on C++ and maybe contribute something once in a while.

You are not alone. That is exactly why we will be forcing you to work 5 min a day.

Problem is I would set aside five minutes and then absolutely crash unless I know exactly what I'm supposed to do.

And that is where I come in. I'm telling everybody what needs to be done. If they have a suggestion I most likely will let them do it, but tell them to do it in a form that fits within the schedule.

What's the engine? Who are the programmers?

What's the engine? Who are the programmers?

So far I'm the only programmer. I'm teaching the rest of my team how to program right now. There is no engine.

OMG info overload. Can you join the team and help pretty please. With all this info I'm about ready to pay you lol.

Alrighty. I'm kind of busy and whatnot, but I'd be happy to do this and that, and share what knowledge I have that I'd like to have known beforehand. You can PM me to get my contact addresses.

BAHAHAHAHAHA! Ha, haha. Ha. Well, what scripting language? I highly doubt you'll make a scripting language from scratch, too.

And, when are you expecting the game to be out?

Honestly, I would be surprised if a team of programmers could work effectively over the internet.

Quite. Especially with no background or experience, and no source of production, and an underage CEO. I think I just described my own game studio. stuff.

You don't know what you're talking about.

Yes we all know how much of a failure Linux turned out to be.

I will probably implement LUA because it's the most popular, but not for awhile as it's not needed right away. There is no release date. expect it to be never. lol jk it will either; be constantly updated like BL, become open-source, or will have multiple sequels.

I'm 18. And I have resilience so it's impossible to fail.

I highly doubt that the developers of Linux had no prior experience in programming.

Prior experience means nothing if you have no deadline on your project. And high ambitions only fail if you lack resilience.

I highly doubt you're backpedaling considering your statement didn't include the requirement of prior knowledge.
