Well if you are going to make an Empire state building it would be cool if you made a working elevator and however many floors it actually has. It also needs to be bigass tall. |

If you're looking for a replica building to build you could do the burj of dubai its pretty much the tallest building in the world and well its in dubai so its not a big tourist destination |

It's the Burj Khalifa. I think they changed the name during construction. And also, the UAE is one of the biggest tourist destinations in the world. They're quite low on oil, so they rely on tourism to stay alive. |
