for some reason my depression is gone right now. hmm
There are so many individual things that can make a person depressed.
I mean hell, there is a plentiful amount of unhealthy eating, and other habits that make people depressed.
Don't throw around the word, people get sad.
If you have depression in more than one case (IE: For weeks for no apparent reason)
For instance Major depression is a long period of time where you feel like absolute garbage and don't want to do anything (Generally speaking).
If you are down for a week it's hormonal. Down for an entire year; It's major.
Minor consists of on and off spurts for say a moderate length of time, most people have this at some point for normal reasons (Loved one dies, traumatic event, etc).
Do some research before you "diagnose" your self;I've had too many people take something that is common sadness and compare it to clinical depression.
