Spawning Lights on Vehicles

Is it possible to set a light on a vehicle such that the light moves when the vehicle moves (just like a player light)? If not, is it possible to create a light in mid-air and continually update its position to be the same as that of the vehicle?

I believe that you can mount a light to one of the mountpoints on a vehicle. If not, you can simply add the light to a bot and then mount the bot to a vehicle.
