Certain Brick restriction to non-admins?

Heyya guys, I came up with a new suggestion.
I want to let players build on my server, but with restrictions to some bricks like ZoneBricks and oversized cubes/baseplates.

It would be awesome if someone made that as an add-on!

Discuss?

I think theres an add-on that makes it so that only admins can place baseplates. I just dont remember where it is, and I searched, so maybe you can too, I guess. No offense intended.

Sorry, couldn't find it...
Also, I don't need complete restriction of player's building. I just need restriction to special bricks.
