Who made the ion cannon?

Who originally made the ion cannon? I have it installed. (Since I have it installed, I might use it for killing green pigs! Look at my photo.)

Open up the .zip file, and click on some of the text files, .cs and .txt.
You might find out who made it from there.

For some of the addon files I know of, there isn't a description.
That's why I said any text file, authors put their names anywhere.

if this is true, said add-ons will not work.
