Problem with Transparent mesh by Blender DTS exportor

I am working on a F22 project, and everything works fine except that the glass transparency is messed up somehow (as shown in the image).
When I set the glass to solid, the transparent material works fine. However if I add smooth surface and edge split, the result looks bad.
Anyone has an idea how to fix this problem?

A simple problem with normals. Have you triangulated the mesh before exporting?

Just tried that but no work. In the blender the normal looks fine; after I export the mesh, it still gets messed up.

Silly question, did you turn off "double sided" before exporting?
