Extreme lag when hosting servers with new addons

I've had this problem for what seems like years. Sometimes when I download an addon, and start a server with it, i'll get extreme lag that either ends up crashing my server or simply makes everything extremely slow.
I'll post a console log, both traced and untraced later.
Anyone know what could be wrong?
