Others include copper and tin which may not get used up when you craft something.

Oh beachbum if anyone says "DONT ENABLE EE ITS OP AND SUCKS AND YOU CAN DESTROY A HOLE VILLAGE IN 5 SECONDS!" thats bullstuff. a IC2 Nuke does more damage then anything EE has to offer.
