it was nix/skate's fault, whoever went offline with the reactor running probably didn't know a faulty design was used

Or maybe loving common sense.
Obviously you shouldnt leave a new born baby alone for any time period. A Nuclear Reactor is like a baby. It needs constant attention and if you dont it does and/or blows up

nix was the only one who was working on it once menen stopped and he used a different design...?
