I've been completely absorbed in Hack Slash Mine today...glad I looked into the technic launcher, I don't care about technic really, but I'm loving this Hack/Mine mod...awesome.

Oh, ok didn't realize that there was a difference between Technic and Tekkit, I thought they just renamed them for ssp and smp.

They did, essentially. The reason, though, is because they're different sets of mods. Tekkit doesn't include Millenaire because it's not SMP-compatible (that I know of), hence my "unrelated much?" at the random Millenaire comment.
