It will use the city planning stuff from SC4 and it will use the glass box engine that make the game kinda run like societies, only a lot more advanced.
This game requires a lot more strategy telling by the Glass Box demos.

I guess there's nothing wrong with them trying to find a good middle ground between SC4/Societies.
