Meh. Stalker is my favorite series.
Edit: Day Z is (somewhat) good with realism, but STALKER has much more variety.

Nope. New update caused a huge amount of them to come from dead soldier bodies.
Pretty much game breaking.

STALKER has a story and its x10 better to play in the dark because there are different enemies. DayZ just has zombies and bandits. But both are scary in there own way.
