And the point of DayZ? Idk whats the point of Minecraft? You play until you get a bunch of cool high tech stuff and a base going with a group of people actively defending it, with vehicles and tents for storing gear and transportation. Although, judging from all your other posts it seems you either suck at videogames or you are too casual for DayZ. and as for Seventh, DayZ is perfect fun even if you are not immersed in it. I, quite frankly, find it impossible to be immersed in considering the whole game is a glitch fest, and in the end, it's usually a glitch that kills you, not a player. Sorry, i'm not getting immersed in any videogame until a monitor can support what I can do with my eyes in real life and touch on all my senses, not just sight and sound. Until then, it's still just a video game. |

I don't suck at this mod as I don't run into every zombie / bandit and die. I've got good equipment and I actually live. The thing I don't do is looting the very popular looting places anymore like NW Airfield , cities and Stary Sobor but that's it. I'm saying that this mod could be much better but it isn't as the developer doesn't see what the forget is wrong and isn't fixing stuff the real problems. Instead he seems to add handicapped features like temperature or simply deleting the bandit skin or giving the player stuffty starting equipment. The community is also mostly dumbasses who just encourage PVP. Even though this is in Alpha it just goes into the wrong way with all these updates. I hope Rocket is just experimenting and is going to actually make less goddamn PVP updates. If they would actually improve the mod I'd gladly play it and enjoy it but that won't happen too soon. So basically I would like less damn PVP stuff and more encourage of survival. Less buggy zombies could be better too. Get this in your damn mind : I'm not "too casual" for DayZ , I just hate how the mod is mostly built around killing players and less about actual zombie survival. PVP is a part of the mod and I find that OK but currently it seems like it's all about that. |

yes, pvp is a big part of this mod because that's exactly what would happen in a situation like this. people would go rouge and kill others for supplies. it's called survival of the fittest if you have good equipment why don't you loving shoot back |
