The school had to spend tax dollars on those computers, and thats a large chunk of their funding to purchase them. They dont want to have to buy new ones every 5 years so they restrict students from downloading programs to the computer. The idiot was breaking school rules.

I got detention for way stupider things. Such as sending a link to my site over email during class. Then i had to sit down with a few teachers and convince them that my site didn't have research on it. Yes really.
