Author Topic: Is it true windows 8 can play xbox 360 games?  (Read 1860 times)

Boo hoo, changes.  It's still going to be the same functioning Windows, just with a new UI.  Don't jump on the bandwagon of "wah change is bad, it looks like its for tablets".
It's not a bandwagon, the hell are you talking about.

lol everybody hates stuff because they just hop on the bandwagon not because its disgusting

its not going to be able to run xbox games. Microsoft has no interest in pc gaming because nobody who has a good pc is going to also buy an xbox.
nooo, they have no interest in pc gaming because they make more cash from selling xboxes AND computers.

Anyways Microsoft is a greedy loving company they make you pay for a loving gamertag change. ($10)

It's a sad thing really the company has gone to stuff.

It's like a Windows Phone. Do not like.
You are uninformed. It can look like regular windows or mobile windows. Which means that if you remote desktop to your computer with a tablet, you can simply switch the display mode and not have to both with tiny icons and screwy screen sizes. It also means that a lot of programs can be cross-platform.

Microsoft said themselves that they decided to remove the Startup Menu and force everyone to use the stuffty phone format. Also they are trying to kill off linux with some software that prevent 3rd party stuff.

Windows 8 is like vista, Microsoft trying to be something they're not.
by your logic, microsoft is trying to be itself - they made the xbox

Ok, enjoy living in the dust once Windows 7 and 8 are outdated.
Windows XP is still supported for 2 more years. Windows 7 will probably still be supported when Windows 10 is out.

I have heard and seen about someone rummaging through the win8 kernel and finding Xbox 360 bluescreen fatal exception messages.
