I didn't like this one. It didn't sound like something that would be in Legend of Zelda and I thought it didn't sound like a boss battle theme.

It was difficult to choose for me... but I think I would order my favorites like this:
1: Link to the Past
2: Wind Waker
3: Minish Cap (I found a bug in this one none of you likely know ;P)
4: Ocarina of Time (Because I could just never figure out Majora's Mask)

What do you mean you couldn't firgure it out.
Also, I liked both of these, especially the Intro to Windwaker.
My list was my favorite from Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask, but if I expanded that to more games like Windwaker, I would have quite a few from that game. Such as:

Note: My list would have to be top 20 for a Wind Waker song to get into it, simply because of the songs from Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask being so good.
