Internet Explorer has died on me.

First time this has happened.
Whenever I open Internet Explorer it comes up blank.
I don't understand why it does this.
Currently I'm using Firefox which all of a sudden is clogged up with toolbars.
Also it won't let me redownload IE 9.
What do.

Also Firefox has sped up my avatar for some reason.

I want to fix Internet Explorer. It's got all my stuff on it. Favourites and stuff.
I've tried Chrome and Firefox. Heck, I'm using firefox right now.
Only used it once before just to play a game posted on the forums.
All of a sudden I've got several loving toolbars on it.

Anyway, IE 64 works fine. CrCIA averted.
