Where/What type of server do i use to send and recieve data

Take a look at the XServer code which was created my DarkLight, it should be on the RTB add-ons database.

It's not really the scripting I'm having trouble with, it's setting up this middleman to catch and relay data. I need to know how to set that up, tcp objects I won't have any trouble with.
