Before he edited his post it said something along the lines of "I'M GOING TO BEAT MOM", so I assumed that his declaration of beating the game consisted of him defeating either "Mom" or the Womb boss, and thus not the true final boss

Besides, there are 12 endings including the epilogue, 13 if you include WotL

With a stroke of amazing luck I managed to get Epic Fetus on Basement 1 with Eve so I was able to complete the Cathedral with her finally

As of now I just need 6 items and I'll have 100% (again)

I'm still not getting the secret unlock notification cards though and it's really bugging me, I want to be able to see the Platinum God one when I get it :l

Regulith's Super Guide to Finding All Items

These are the high-efficiency guidelines I play by while item hunting:

[*] Double-check that the items you're looking for are not locked.
[*] Play as Isaac with the D6.
[*] Go to Treasure Rooms as fast as possible.
[*] If no Treasure Room is available (either it's too far away (if you know where it is) or the item has been taken) look for a suitable substitute, such as a Shop or a room whose spawn list includes an item you are missing.
[*] If you find an item that allows you to charge your D6 faster, take it without question. If you find an item that allows you to locate Treasure Rooms faster, take it UNLESS it will replace your D6. Reroll any other items if you already have them.
[*] Avoid wasting charge. Don't enter an unexplored room with a fully-charged D6 unless you're forced to or there are no items to reroll.
[*] If you have to choose between rerolling two items, reroll spacebar items since they will just replace your D6. If both are spacebar items, reroll either one. If neither are spacebar items, reroll the one you want least.
[*] Only use your D6 on Treasure Rooms or rooms that may contain one of the items you're missing. For example: Only reroll a Library (WotL) if you're missing a book. Rooms other than Treasure Rooms have very limited spawn lists.
[*] Take your pick of any items on the floor before moving onto the next one. Remember that once you enter the boss rooms for The Depths 2/Necropolis 2 and The Womb 2/Utero 2 you cannot leave.
[*] Be patient. The less items you have left to find, the less likely it will become that you'll find a new item during a run. You may play through the game multiple times in this fashion without finding one.

it will damage you at close range, the projectiles make an arch making it easier to miss etc
