Oh your funny.
Ability to go though the game without relying on bombs is awesome.
Moms heart/it lives is easy, becasue ipecoc tears though the mobs she spawns.
Max damage on isaac without him spraying tons of tears at you.
I love that item, same for Epic Fetus, so much easier to find secret/top secret rooms.

Finished Cathedral with all characters, all that is left is to collect their respected items.
Time to farm the game with Isaac and D6!
