Probably when you go to the final final final boss again it will be a different character such as cain, and you get cains eye if you beat cain and such.

I can't wait to see what the new items do. If people gain knowledge on how they're unlocked, and what they do, post 'em ASAP because it'll probably take the wiki people a little time to get 'em on their chart.
