Animated GIF Profile pictures

Ok, so i would like to Have a Animated Gif for my profile pic and whenever i just "Select" It it just Shows a question mark or something.
PS. Im on a Mac. So maybe thats the Problem?

The image has to be 75x75 pixels.

In Size? like how do i find out how many pixels it has?

Yes in size. Use Online Image Editor to change it.

Or, just open it in Preview and do Tools > Adjust Size
