Yeah fine then just get Combined Ops because it has both games.
I don't see why you would stick to the demo instead of the full game except the fact that the demo lags less.

Apparently Patrol Ops is unpredictable.
We drove around with ATVs on a road and we encountered 4 T34s on the road.
