Destructo Painter

The destructo painter acts like a destructo wand but the destructo painter allows admins to paint bricks without trust
It would look like a regular printer maybe with the fire thing the destructo wand has.

how exactly does the "destructo" fit into all of this? does it let you destroy a bunch of bricks of the same color?
