Disposable Nuke

I don't like the idea of a handheld nuke launcher even in a game.

The biggest it should go is 2x the size of the normal rocket launcher explosion.

Then it wouldn't be a nuke.
Just a bomb.

The FatMan itself is actually good and very evenly balanced.
It has a long delay between each shot, and a small explosion for what you think it'd be.
