Wind rushing SFX (CLIENT SIDE)

Nobody complains about people firing weapons next to them, so nobody will complain about footsteps.

Have it toggablable or something. When I host my stealth/horror servers that are made for one player at a time, it would be nice to be able to hear bots/enemys walking around.
Its not like the footstep sound would be loud, just barely noticeable. Its like complaining about the noises made when someone builds, just turn your volume down or something.
