Hydre must make a mananggal for great justice. Also Why not the Tikbalang? A half horse hman being that can only be killed with prayers and certain rituals. Can devour human beings quickly and it's a loving reverse centaur. Holy stuff. Or perhaps the Kapre? A giant that lives in a tree and smokes a giant Cigar. It doesn't eat humans.
