ePSXe help-how to change keyboard controls

I have been using ePSXe for quite a while now, but only started using it recently. The controls are awkward for me and I cant grasp them. I want to change them to my own controls but I have no idea how. I dont have a way to connect a controller so dont ask. I have googled it but I dont know how. I probably havent looked hard enough. I use V 1.7.0 if thats needed. Thanks

Click boxes and press keyboard buttons.

Aah, when I selected that all the options were grey because i was in a game. I thought i needed to plug a controller in for it to be selectable. Thanks
