There aren't nearly enough people interested in the game. Consoles has limitations since their hardware can not change much since launch. Save limitations, RAM limitations, etc. It would not work.

If blockland was for some reason put on consoles, I don't think there'd be much hardware limitations like that, considering they're from a relative timeframe.
