Not really the majority of smokers actually take in to account other people. I know I do, which is why if I'm walking past someone, I will lift my arm up if they are with a child. I wont take any precautions or be careful if they are on their own though because they chose to walk there and they could of crossed the road slowed down or sped up and walked around me and as for at home we only ever smoke outside. So don't be so stupid and don't frown upon something just because of what every one else says about it, however I would advise no body to start smoking. not just because of the negative health effects but also because of the rising price of tobacco.

If a noobert gets a hold of a city rp they will make it (if they can find out how) and it will be horrible and nobody will play it, thus it isn't that much of a problem.
