Check if the windows line up then shoot through them. If not just have the mg guy pin them inside with fire while the other guy sneak around to the back and shoot them while they're distracted.

Who got wounded? Also have the doc pull out a pistol or something and point it downwards over the edge at the same time firing. It also helps to not be right next to the window.

Point it over the edge but don't actually hold it over the windowsill.

Uh, after de-suppressing them quietly move position to where issac is, then hold the gun close to the door of the cab and fire. Hopefully the bullets can penetrate the exterior of the cab.

Just for reference a .45 can penetrate car doors with ease.
