To put on clothes you have to go to the Social District servers. This is where ALL customization is done. There are circular terminals all around that allow you to customize different things. Blue = decals, green = clothes, red = car, white = personal melody. There is also one for character that changes your hair and tattoos, but i forget what color, maybe purple.

This game is a laggy crashing piece of stuff. Simple as.

300 hours and counting. I play on Joker as a criminal under the name of Miiku. Im a gold 122

My internet isn't good enough to deal with this game. It works fine on everything but this game.
