Steam - AppHangB1

Hello forums~
I need help, when I open steam the 'connecting to account' thing comes up and about thirty seconds later I get a 'steam isn't responding' and an appcrash under the name 'AppHangB1'.
I've googled it and reinstalled but nothing is helping.
Thanks for help in advance.
