Nice share. Quite inspiring to make RTS game sprites like that.
Though except the graphical (HUD) voxels would work better. Though, those icons ARE part of a HUD so yeah.

The dithering on the moon/planet and the AA on the stars look great. The dithering on the sky gives it a weird 3d effect, the clouds have too many jaggies so I suggest reworking them. Overall good effort
