If the art someone makes has errors don't just tell the artist that its bad. Point out the errors and explain them, and tell the artist how to fix them

i'm not sure if it's saying that you shouldn't do it period or if it's just that you should be consistent
also I thought that the outline being different shades of grey/black for no reason was gonna be pointed out
