Either only use UPnP or only use Port Forwarding.

Go down the the start menu and run "cmd.exe"
Type "ipconfig" into it and press enter.
Forward your ports the the "IPv4 Address"
Note: Your IPv4 Address randomly changes.

My IPv4 Address is 192.168.1.103 so my ports would look like this.
