65 wpm for me
that's like 1.012 words per second?

homerow is a stuff load of forget

my teachers voice rattles my cage
"J TYPES Y HNNNNnnnNnNNNNNGGGG"

my hands reside on WASD, Space and the mouse automatically....FPS' are epic teaching tools.

Homerow keys here.
60wpm, thinking about moving to a djorvak keyboard because I heard it was for typing faster.
waayy faster.

I can type using the homerow method or the way I've always done it
either way I can't type amazingly fast, but it's okay either way

i do an accelerated hunt n' peck without looking at the keyboard

so basically i only use my index finders and my pinky fingers

i find it practically impossible to adjust to the homerow because i have been typing like this for so long.  and let's not think it would have been easy in the first place, i hate the loving homerow

Homerow sucks rooster, I type averagely 80 wpm with it. Without it I type around 100 wpm.

When I'm typing/gaming I have my left ring finger on A, left middle finger on W, left index finger on D and my thumb on S.
And my right fingers I have my right ring finger on backspace, right middle finger on P and right index finger on O.

Seriously? The 'normal' typing style doesn't appeal to me, I doubt it appeals to anyone. I find it slow and impractical, limiting your fingers to certain keys, making typing slow. I don't think I can change if someone asked me to or forced me to.

I never use my pinky fingers unless needed. I just divide my keyboard into half, at tgb and yhn.

Ive never observed my typing. As it turns out I only use my left hand for the F, A, Shift, Z, Q, S, E, and C keys. The rest is my right hand and I can type 90+ wpm

I dont even know how I type, I never really paid attention to it. I guess my fingers just flail around hitting keys. Works out well for me.

screw ur home row my home row is betr

it's called WASD

Teachers always tried to make me learn a "normal" typing technique.

Waste of time.

I just started off pecking, got faster and started using more fingers, and now word patterns are just subconsciously locked in so I don't have to look at the keyboard. I can type at 124 WPM, which isn't too shabby.
