Since you don't want to lock this topic i was messing around and seeing how many clients i could get on a single computer the server had 3 people and was basically dead i was gonna close it but some people didn't want me too and this happened a couple months ago why are you posting it now?

Not exactly the same IP, however a router can assign different private IPs which still operate under the same public IP.
