Please give badspot this. I NEED THIS TO BE A DEFAULT SAVE!

9.75/10

Are you going to post a download? If so when?
You can come and see it in-game (and save if you want) whenever I host it.
I'll probably release a save when I'm satisfied with how it looks. Or when V21 comes out. Whichever comes first.

I don't intend to bug Badspot with pm's. If he wants new default saves in the game, he's probably going to make a thread about it. If he does, I'll submit it.

A entire collab city was made with intensions of being a default save and must have been given to badspot, because it's inside of the v21 shader preview video.

Leodon Castle
Levantica Castle
Leuschwanstien Castle
Ledonschwartz Castle
That's all I got so far.

*sniff*

my eyes are gettin all misty. If only all builds were this beautiful.

very nice 10/10

Could we have a save download?

this is gorgeous!
only thing i would say is play around with more tones of grey. If your using Trueno's colourset, playing around with the different colours can really level up a build

here, you got lovely wooden browns below nearly black roofs, but its all sat on a detailed piece of cement (sorry that sounds harsh, its just one way of putting it :S). Basically, having 2 tones of grey or grey and wood where the cementy bit is would add more depth and character

not knocking anything though! :D

Why aren't the default builds like this? It's motivating and amazing looking. It will look beautiful with v21 :D

Reminds me of the Harry Potter castle.

This is still alive? cool!

I agree completely with you.

The problem is this: I use the default colorset. Which means that I just got 3 greys (1 of which looks like white) and 1 brown. I already used the darker grey for the mountain underneath, and I'm afraid it would look a bit weird if I mixed the two greys.
Second problem: the brickcount. To preserve bricks, I used the biggest bricks possible (2x6x3's and 2x12x5's, mostly). That means that I can't add different shades of grey without it looking stupid. I would have to add smaller bricks to make it less noticable, but that would eat up the brickcount.

The main motivating factors behind this build were
- Default everything, similar style to the already existing default castles.
- Simple design and brickcount conservation.

With that in mind, I don't see a solution for the coloring problem. I might make a detailed, fancy castle sometime, but this isn't it.

Fall before the mighty King Leo!

Oh and before I forget it: the pics in the OP are outdated. I've added quite a bit, and the overall layout looks a bit different now. I'll update the pics when I get time. Maybe later today.

i cri evrytime cuz i relize i cant bild this good.

This should be a pre-save for V21.
