Why was Client_Grammar failed?

It confuses me why it was failed. Badspot himself made the e-tard filter.

Like I said, Badspot made e-tard filter, and I think the e-tard filter wont even allow the word "wat".

E-tard filter prevents people from using u r and y as words by simply not allowing them to chat with them. This mod that Brian made was a bad attempt to correct grammar errors.
