TDM Gui Doesn't appear!

I downloaded the Team Deathmatch Mod,and the GUI doesn't appear.
It's not my CPU's problem,I think it may be Vista or blockland.So um,yeah.

Wrong. Tdm has a gui.

What do you mean by the GUI? The menu, or something else?
