I found the where the blockland pain sound comes from.

The death sound sounds like someone screaming in pain when slowed down
I'd like to know the origin of that sound
I know for sure though that the alarm sound is definitely a stock sound as i've heard it elsewhere

Alarm sound at 0.7 timescale sounds like someone yelling 'COME ON!".

If you go to \base\data\sound, right click the Name/Date Modified etc. bar and check Title, you'll see a lot of them have names.
