RP weather addon problems.

I recently installed rp weather with rp time and core on my server, now when i say /weather snow 50
nothing happens. some assistance, please?

as far as I know, there is a snow addon on rtb that has a command that works perfectly. when I installed the rp weather mod I had the same problem.
