Can people's keys be deactivated temporarily?

Temporarily de-activating a key would be a good punishment.

Although, the way it is right now seems to be working.

I don't personally believe Badspot deactivates keys to teach people a lesson. Rather, its a way to sell a few extra keys in disguise.

I disagree. It would be like paying for something and having it stolen.
