Only a stun, knockback, silence, or knockup can stop a channeled spell. Its actually quite often that a whole team doesn't have hard enough cc to stop his meditate. That's why a smart master yi has hybrid runes and masteries, and picks ap or ad before minions spawn, based on the enemy team build. |

Though, snare does stop some channels, meditate isn't one of them. You also forgot taunt and fear. |
